Sketch proposals for an 82 bedroom hotel, restaurant, bar and reception. These new build proposals are set within the building line of the existing crescent buildings and the massing and storey heights reflect the scale of the neighbouring buildings. These proposals were prepared in support of our client's feasibility and costing exercise, and subsequent bid for the site, in conjunction with end user operators.
