PRA commissioned to prepare an initial Development Principles Plan for townhouses and apartments, in support of a planning application by others, to convert a larger mill into residential use.

The site is very sensitive and forms part of the Batley Cross Bank Conservation Area and is located between the mill buildings and Cross Bank Cemetery. The resulting proposals are reflective of an 'industrial' setting, to compliment the surrounding mills and Victorian cemetery.
