Working alongside a planning consultant, PRA instructed to prepare a masterplan and development principles layout to a former school site in Leeds.

Using a variety of illustrative techniques: Hand drawn sketches, photoshop and 3D imagery, we produced a Design and Access Statement in support of an Outline Planning application for the layout out of public open space and residential development.
