PRA were commissioned to prepare proposals for a self contained assisted living development, set within the central buildings, ballroom, clocktower and courtyard, comprising of 172 No. assisted living apartments with associated leisure, restaurant, lounge, wellcare suite and support facilities, along with a 40 No. memory support unit.

Proposals as conversion with part new build developed to pre application meetings with City Planners and Conservation Officer. Scheme agreed in principle and PRA are awaiting further instructions
