PRA are currently preparing a number of proposals to provide self contained residential environments for the over 55s'.

These are clusters of homes set around a central leisure facility. This comprises of a bowling green, restaurant and bar, gymnasium, multi-activity spaces for hobbies, and special interest groups. A wide range of accommodation is available and this includes, apartment living, walk up flats, cottages and bungalows. These sites are fully managed to provide services and continuing support as and when required.

Whilst providing a secure and safe environment, the central social facilities also serve the surrounding local over 55's community, in the interests of integration and inclusivity.
