Working with DPP Planning for Mulgrave Properties, we have just secured a detailed planning approval for 64 dwellings, which include new build as well as conversions of former agricultural buildings.
The site lies to the western end of Tockwith and currently comprises of a cluster of former agricultural buildings which opens out to an area of pasture. The proposed dwellings to the main body of the development will take the form of the surrounding context within the village, consisting of a variety of property types and styles. The dwellings to the east of the development will be or take the form of farm building conversions, backing onto the site boundaries, set in a more random juxtaposition around a central hard landscaped yard, creating a more open and spacious development.
